2. What VisaClockUK provides

VisaClockUK provides:

The Service is for planning and information purposes only. All calculations are estimates based on publicly available Home Office guidance and your self-reported data. We cannot guarantee accuracy. Immigration rules change frequently and we may not always update instantly.

3. Not legal advice

VisaClockUK is not a law firm and does not provide regulated immigration advice. Our AI assistant provides general information about immigration rules and should not be relied upon as advice for your specific situation. No communication from VisaClockUK constitutes legal advice. We are not OISC-regulated or SRA-regulated.

You should always consult a qualified UK immigration solicitor or OISC-regulated adviser before making immigration decisions. Find a regulated adviser at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the frequency and amount selected (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free accounts

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaClockUK's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: immigration refusals or delays; decisions made in reliance on our calculations; inaccuracies in rule modelling; losses caused by service downtime; or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

We do not warrant that the Service is error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations are accurate. Immigration rules are complex and frequently change.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and governs how we handle your data.
